Daily check-in texts and inbound phone calls are free. You can text Ember anytime. But the free plan doesn't include outbound calls, personalized PDFs, food photo feedback, or doctor consults.
Q. Can I send you a photo of something I ate?
Yes, if you're a member. I'll review your food photo and give feedback.
Q. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through our website or by emailing support@glowhealthai.com with your phone number.
Q. Is Ember covered by insurance or HSA?
Not yet. Ember is currently a consumer product, but we're working on HSA/FSA eligibility.
